Ce dimanche donc

je ferais bien petite coursette de 3 heures, genre 20/25km et 600/800m de D+, j'irais bien du lac de st cassien a bagnols en foret par exemple. Mais je suis ouvert a toute negociation sur la longueur et le lieu

Comme je sors de mini- entorse, j'eviterais bien les terrains trop trop accidentes.

A priori cyril est partant, d'autres fondus?

je corrige: ta version c'etait
Entre 15 et 18 bornes 500 à 600 de déniv en 1h 30

la mienne fait 5 km de plus et 100/200m de plus en 3h

c'est qui le boucher???

On s'appelle samedi soir pour decider de l heure et du tour? on peut viser un debut de course a 10h par exemple (negociable)

lieu et parcours a definir en fonction de la meteo et des participants, pour l instant on est 2 !

ça me va . Peut être un pote viendra. Enfin si il arrive à négocier la saint valentin subtilement. Il aura peut être un créneaux.

par contre on va etre 2 ou 3 ... du coup on va se gener dans les descentes et les derniers vont courir dans la gadoue ...

Bilan: 12km et environ 550m de D+ le tout dans la neige, parfois hors sentier et avec de la neige jusqu'en dessous des genous MIAM! 2h7min de course et une descente du chemin du paradis a fond sur les caillous enneiges
